Crucial Audio products are built to order. Products can take 1-10 Business days to build, providing all materials are stocked. We will advise delivery time and status upon each order.
Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of item by contacting us at sales@crucialaudio.com. Returns are accepted ONLY if we deem it to be scratch-free, brand new and undamaged, with all original packaging and materials in “as new” condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Payments
All payments are now processed through Square & PayPal. A PayPal account IS NOT REQUIRED but transactions must have a confirmed address as per PayPal requirements. YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE YOUR CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Items shipped within the US are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground, depending on which method is most economical. All items shipped within the US may take up to 5-10 days to reach you once they are shipped.
International Shipping
We offer the following shipping methods for International Orders of all pedals and effects.

NOTE:
- If you choose USPS First Class, since it provides no tracking or insurance, you will accept all risk of non-delivery or damaged goods.
- Parts, accessories and other small items always ship via USPS 1st Class. These shipping rates vary depending upon the item. Shipping costs for a single item will be somewhere between $10-15, with each additional item adding approximately $4 to the cost.
- If you are purchasing a larger/custom product, due to their cost and weight, regardless of which shipping method you select on your order, they ship via FedEx only at a cost of $275 each.
Shipping Time Frames
All shipping time frames (international and domestic) listed are AFTER your pedal is built. Shipping time frames are estimated, actual time frames may vary. Crucial Audio products can take anywhere from 1-10 days to build (providing material availability). Custom orders can take 2-16 weeks to build. Tracking will be emailed to you the moment we have it, and please keep in mind that we are always closed Saturday & Sunday.
